Can-Eng will consider both upcoming, post-graduate and experienced individuals within the Business and/or Marketing disciplines. The position is within the Sales Department and will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

This position supports the overall objective of the company which is to develop new customers that contribute to market share and revenue growth while meeting overall financial objectives set by the executive team.

The successful candidate must possess a highly creative disposition where this person would leverage their marketing know-how in developing compelling strategies which leads to the growth of the company.

Can-Eng will provide the successful candidate with the required industry and product exposure to better acquaint the successful candidate with the complex systems we manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the company.
  • Liaise with Sales VP and Managers in developing marketing strategies and annual plans which are in-line with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creation, publication and report on the effectiveness of print and online promotional materials in line with the companies marketing plans.
  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of company promotional campaigns.
  • Administer and monitor the improvement in lead generation campaigns.
  • Administer the overall branding of the company.
  • Liaise with design agencies, web site developers, academic, government and trade partners in keeping with the company objectives.
  • Administer the company’s web based marketing activities that includes website overview, Google Analytics monitoring and reporting, SEO and reporting and social media applications and monitoring.
  • Planning, organizing and attending of Industry and business association trade shows/exhibitions.
    Assisting with planning and organizing of company and customer events.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in applicable Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
  • Collaborative personality.
  • Strong attention to detail, great organization and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional listener with an approachable and friendly personality.
