Tube Quench and Temper Furnace Systems
Can-Eng Tube Quench and Temper furnaces lines can be configured as either Walking Beams or Pushing Chain Conveyors and are integrated with in-line water spray quenching for production capacities up to 50 tph.
Both the Walking Beam and Pushing Chain designs allow for tube rotation during processing, ensuring uniform straight tubing post quench and temper Roller hearth line allows for a very flexible wide variety of round bar, plates, squares beams, and other merchant shapes to be quench and tempered.
